Surf n' Turf

• Weekly rate for Steele Point, Gestalt and Blackbeard’s Hideaway combined is $25,000.00 (during non-holidays)
   

* $500 damage deposit required + 5% gratuity for staff to rental rate and 7% BVI Hotel Tax. A Chef is available to prepare any or all meals 5 days a week at an additional cost. Due to the nature and construction of Steele Point Villa, parties with guests under the age of 10 are required to sign a release.
